
Administration and Communications Officer
PeaceWise is seeking an Administration and Communications officer to help meet the needs of a rapidly growing ministry!
- You will be a highly relational, well organised person with strong communication skills.
- You will manage implementation of the PeaceWise communications and marketing plan while supporting the administration of PeaceWise service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A desire to make a difference contributing to the work of a cutting-edge not-for-profit Christian ministry
- Experience in the management and actioning of communications, marketing, online and social media.
- Strong organisational skills and will be pro-active and professional
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and aptitude to multi-task
- Great attention to detail
- Experience and competency in the use of a variety of different IT platforms including MS Office plus, different social media platforms, website and database management (desirably familiar with Freshdesk, WordPress, Gmail, Facebook, MailChimp and SurveyMonkey)
- Good time management skills with a capacity to prioritise
- Training in communications, marketing or graphic design is desired.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
This permanent part time position is located in Sydney (North Parramatta). The right person will work in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with the remaining hours to be determined by mutual agreement and worked from home. Total weekly hours will be 22.8, equivalent to 3 days per week.
