  • Alan Kelshaw

     

    Alan is a former lawyer who has acted as a mediator, consultant and trainer in conflict resolution in churches, Christian schools, mission organisations and para-church ministries for the past 20 years. He has held many leadership roles in his church, denomination and in para-church ministries. Alan lives in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney, Australia, with his wife, Carolyn. They have three children and eight grandchildren.

  • Allen Sibley

    Allen is married to Jenny, they have 6 adult children, two grandchildren and live in the north-western suburbs of Sydney. He originally trained as a teacher but then went into the IT industry for over 20 years and completed an MBA along the way.  He moved into the Christian not-for-profit world in 2007 where he has worked and voluntarily served in organisations such as BaptistCare, IntegriCare, Bedford College, the Baptist Assembly Council and PeaceWise, where he is the Chief Operations Officer. Allen has been a Christian since age 15 and has been a member at Parramatta Baptist Church since 1991. He is a peacemaking work-in-progress and looks forward to continuing his peacemaking journey through sharing the PeaceWise principles.

  • Angela Niejalke

    Angela lives in Adelaide with her husband and two boys. She works as a chaplain at a local Christian School and has had a heart for peacemaking for over 20 years. Having previously worked as a lawyer, mediator  (NMAS) and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), Angela has seen first hand the consequences of poorly managed relational conflict, as well as the life-giving power of forgiveness. A long term supporter of PeaceWise, her heart is to see every believer equipped and encouraged to be a peacemaker, bringing the hope of the gospel to all relationships.

  • Angie Conroy

    Angie has been saved by grace and is thankful for that as she parents her two loud children, cares for her chocolate-coloured collie, and loves her husband of 12 years. Angie manages the content and relationships at PeaceWise and has done since returning to work after maternity leave. Before then, Angie taught Year 1 and still teaches casually at the local primary school. Angie has Bachelor of Primary Education, a Graduate Certificate in Psychology and is pursuing Clinical Psychology. Many years ago, Angie coordinated the children’s ministry at her church alongside her husband. With a passion for helping children grow and thrive in the world that God has created, Angie believes peacemaking to be a valuable life-skill that allows people of all ages to realise the peace that God has designed for them, both with him as their king, and with each other.

  • Ann Cunningham

    Ann works as Care Pastor in an Anglican Church in Sydney. She is married to Corey and they have three daughters in late teens and early twenties. The principles of Biblical peacemaking have been transforming her work in pointing people to Jesus to both strengthen their love of Jesus and restore relationships.

  • Ashley Saunders

      

    Ashley Saunders has seen the destructive side of conflict - as Solicitor and Pastor; and has also seen conflict redeemed to God's glory. Now Australian CEO of Christian aid and advocacy ministry, Barnabas Fund, he has acted as a mediator and trainer for PeaceWise since 2010 and deeply believes in the power of biblical peacemaking. Ashley was admitted as a Solicitor in NSW in 1983 and prior to becoming a pastor, he also served as a lecturer in aspects of Contract and Industrial Law, and as an alderman.

  • Bronwynne Greenway

    Bronwynne has been involved with PeaceWise since 2010 working as a coach, mediator and trainer. She has a passion for helping people reconcile with God and each other, whether in marriages, families, schools, ministries or business.  Bronwynne is a trained counsellor, and also works in lay ministry and has experienced the pain of conflict handled poorly. She loves to train organisations in Biblical principles that deepen an individual's understanding of conflict, and give them a structure and confidence to step towards challenges, being reminded of how God loves us in our mess as He seeks to restore us.

    Bronwynne loves hanging out with her adult kids, their partners and Stuart, her husband and sidekick of now 33 yrs, generally around great food, with all being foodies.  She loves entertaining and welcoming people, travelling to far away places, laughing and when there is a spare moment to read a good novel.

  • Bruce Burgess

    Bruce Burgess is married to Helen and they have two adult children. He is the Founding Director of PeaceWise and was Australia’s first Certified Christian Conciliator™. He holds degrees in Arts, Law, Christian Studies and Theology and is an international conference speaker. Bruce’s peacemaking work has led him to become involved in teaching and working with schools, workplace disputes, church and para-church based conflict cases. Bruce has a passion for seeing both adults and childrens’ lives transformed by the power of the gospel of peace and for building cultures and communities of peace. He loves seeing God break through to repair, restore and sustain healthy relationships. Bruce constantly thanks God for being the amazing God of peace that he is, who has provided so much help, wisdom and grace for living life.

  • Cassandra Morphew

    Cassandra Morphew

    Cassandra is Director of Chaplaincy and Christian Studies at PLC Sydney, where she has served for the past 25 years. She is passionate about bringing the principles of Biblical peacemaking to the school community and loves introducing her Year 7 classes to PeaceWise Kids. She has been married to Peter for 36 years and they have two adult children.

  • Cathy Tucker

    Cathy Tucker

    Cathy divides her time between school chaplaincy at PLC Sydney, and a Presbyterian Church start-up in Sydney's CBD with her husband Craig. She loves walking beside people as the message of Jesus breaks into their lives, bringing peace and transforming relationships. Cathy likes IKEA, crochet, motorbike riding, and perfecting her chocolate pudding recipe. She is enjoying learning the dance of how to be a mother-in-law and grandmother.

  • Christine Owen

    Chris Owen

    Chris has had a very varied career path, from sourcing diamonds to working in a rehabilitation hospital. She felt God's leading to train as a Secondary Teacher, and has been teaching for the last few years. Chris loves coming alongside people and showing the love and freedom that Jesus offers. In her spare time, Chris loves escaping to a farm in the country with her family.

  • Clarissa Wilson

    Clarissa Wilson

    Clarissa Wilson is a PeaceWise Trainer and mediator.  She is trained as a marriage and loss and grief counsellor and has a degree in Theology. Clarissa has worked as a pastoral worker in a church for 10 years and has conducted training in biblical peacemaking for Anglican clergy and churches in Victoria.  Currently she is volunteering in the area of Pastoral care and with God’s help seeks to live out these peacemaking principles in her own life and to enable others to honour God through their conflicts.
