  • Daniel Presland

    Daniel Presland

     

    Daniel is a Presbyterian Minister in Sydney with a passion for seeing the Gospel impact and shape people. He has experience applying peacemaking through coaching and mediation. He believes peacemaking is more than finding resolution, it is reconciling valuable and loveable people through the grace of God. Daniel is married and has three children, where he is tested to apply his peacemaking skills. He enjoys time with his family, being in the sunshine, surfing, and a good coffee.

  • Deborah Bensted

    Deborah originally trained as a Registered Nurse and Midwife, remaining in the Health Sector for some years in both clinical and public education areas. She has a Bachelor of Theology and has worked in church ministry in teaching and leadership roles. Besides her training role in PeaceWise, she also works on the Ministry Staff of St Matthews Anglican Church at Manly.

  • Esther Murray

    Growing up as a missionary kid in Southeast Asia, Esther came to understand the love and grace of Jesus from a very young age. Now, working as a Social Worker in the area of Family Law, she has gone on a deeper journey of understanding about grace, forgiveness, hope and reconciliation. Esther is excited to journey alongside others, as we make sense of what it means to be peacemakers in our world today.

  • Hadyn Bernau

    God has shown Hadyn time and time again the immense cost of relational distance and breakdown in families, churches and organisations.  Alongside his finance day-job, Hadyn has been working in the field of measuring and building relationships for the last five years.  Working through and practicing PeaceWise’s biblical peacemaking training and material has awoken in him a passion for living out the gospel as a peacemaker, and helping others to do the same.  Hadyn is married with two boys whose homeschool curriculum includes PeaceWise Kids.

  • Heather Clark

    Heather Clark

    Heather is a registered Psychologist and has worked as a Guidance Counsellor for over 25 years across the Gold Coast and Logan region.More recently she has been working in private practice on the Gold Coast. Heather is originally from the USA, where she trained as a School Psychologist and worked in the inner-city schools before moving to Australia. Heather is a member of Newlife Church, Robina and has served in various capacities there over the years and is currently serving as an elder.  While initially becoming interested in peacemaking on a professional basis, it soon became apparent that the peacemaking principles were helpful on a personal level with her family.

     

  • Jane Gibb

    A lifelong educator in schools and in the church, Jane now focuses on coaching people who want change in their relationships particularly after intimate betrayal. Her own heart and life have experienced deep transformation as she has found the courage and support to walk into difficulty instead of running away from it. As a mum of six with a growing tribe of grandchildren, as well as in her marriage to Steve, Jane finds plenty of opportunities to practice what she preaches as a PeaceWise trainer.

  • Jeroen Bruins

    Jeroen has a professional background in the oil and gas industry. Jeroen has been a follower of Jesus since he was 18. His passions and giftings are in the area of prayer, spiritual direction and biblical peacemaking, which caused him to be involved in a variety of ministries, including his current involvement with PeaceWise. His deepest desire is to see the Christian faith transform people’s lives and share the good news of Jesus. Jeroen has been married to Eva for over 40 years. They enjoy three adult children, their spouses and six grandchildren.

  • John Irvin


    From being an entrenched conflict-avoider, God reshaped John's heart and attitude to what is true peace back in 2007. Now in addition to extensive ministry experience, he has had the privilege of being trained in Biblical reconciliation here and overseas, and has been given the responsibility to regularly put this into practice, primarily within Presbyterian churches. John’s heart now resonates for peacemaking and bringing reconciliation to strained and shattered relationships.

  • Josh Ingrames

    Josh is a Barrister and Mediator who lives, works and worships in Darwin with his wife Sarah and 5 young children. Josh serves as an elder of his local church Emmaus Road Christian Church, and trains/lectures in mediation and dispute resolution.  Josh has served in ministry governance teams over the years in both the local church, for the Baptist Union of the Northern Territory, and currently for PeaceWise. Josh has had involvement with PeaceWise since 2012, and has a heart to see the Gospel of Christ brought to light in all areas of conflict - especially within the church. God said that the world will know that we are his Disciples by our love shown for one another. It's this that fuels Josh's great desire to let the world see Christ through loving and well handled conflict; interaction that demonstrates the power of forgiveness freely given by a loving God and shared by His people.

  • Karen Collum

    Karen is our PeaceWiseKids and PeaceWiseYouth Relationships and Content Manager. This spans both ongoing responsibility for the maintenance and development of content, as well as working at building and supporting those using PeaceWiseKids and PeaceWiseYouth.

    Karen is married to Mike and they have four children. She has many years experience as a teacher, chaplain and children’s ministry leader. Karen is also a published author and writes and speaks about children, theology, family and women’s issues. She has just completed her Master of Ministry.

  • Karen Kerber

    Karen Kerber

    Karen has supported and worked alongside her husband in ministry, Paul a pastor for 14 years specialising in Biblical Reconciliation. Karen has extensive training in Biblical Peacemaking in Australia and USA, she is active in teaching, coaching and training. Karen also serves as a Christian
    mediator.

    Karen enjoys working in administration at a Christian secondary school. She relaxes by horse riding and walking on the beach. A devoted mother of 6 children with the 2 eldest being married, Karen treasurers daily life with her children and has rich experience through living with them in the practical application of law and gospel. She lives with Paul and 3 of their children in Adelaide.
