Deeper into Conflict Coaching (online)

This training builds on the skills you learned in Everyday Conflict Coaching but gives greater opportunity for deeper reflection and practice, including how to deal with heart issues, difficult conversations and some more complex situations. Uniquely, included in this course is the option to actually be coached yourself on a real life conflict situation you are facing. This is an online LIVE course delivered through Zoom.

Our presenters

Wayne Forward

Wayne Forward is the CEO of PeaceWise. With a background in Mental Health Nursing, pastoral ministry, missions and leadership mentoring and coaching, Wayne has seen the destructive impact that conflict can have on relationships personally and professionally. He has also seen the amazing power and testimony that comes when reconciliation happens through biblical peacemaking. As a national trainer and mediator for PeaceWise, Wayne brings a wealth of experience to helping others respond to conflict differently and experience why Jesus says, “Blessed are the peacemakers.” Wayne is married to Amy. They have three children. When not with PeaceWise, you will likely, find him cycling or training for an upcoming triathlon.

Jane Gibb

A lifelong educator in schools and in the church, Jane now focuses on coaching people who want change in their relationships particularly after intimate betrayal. Her own heart and life have experienced deep transformation as she has found the courage and support to walk into difficulty instead of running away from it. As a mum of six with a growing tribe of grandchildren, as well as in her marriage to Steve, Jane finds plenty of opportunities to practice what she preaches as a PeaceWise trainer.
