  • Philip Henry

    Phil Henry

    Phil is a Pastor, Engineer and qualified PeaceWise Trainer, with a strong heart to love and serve others. Phil, along with his wife Kath, serve on the National Board of Vineyard Australia and are founding pastors of Northridge Vineyard Church in Thornleigh, Sydney. Phil enjoys building and consulting as an Engineer, and has qualifications in theology, teaching which he uses regularly both in his home church and in other settings. Phil and Kath have two adult children - a daughter who is married and a son – and they love spending time with their family. Phil has a deep desire to share the positive transformation that comes with the principles of a gospel of peace, lived out in relationships and communities.

  • Phoebe van Bentum

    Phoebe van Bentum first undertook PeaceWise training in 2010. Since this time she has been actively engaged in the transformative work of biblical peacemaking across home, workplace, church and community. Phoebe is passionate about developing communities of peace, and has been part of implementing a peacemaking team with her church. Phoebe has been involved in mediating marriage as well as organisational conflicts in accordance with the peacemaking principles. She has been providing biblical peacemaking training since 2013.

    Phoebe holds degrees in Law and Social Science, and is about to complete a Masters of International and Community Development. She works with NT Christian Schools and lives in Darwin with her husband and three children.

  • Rachel Edland

    Rachel Edland

    Rachel is married to Roger and together they have three adult sons and one
    daughter. She originates from England where she trained and worked as a
    nurse in London, moving to Australia in 1991. After nineteen years as a stay
    at home Mum, Rachel re-trained in nursing and now works as a clinical
    educator on two busy wards in Midland, Perth. Rachel is a member of Providence Church Midland and has particularly experienced God's grace since adopting the biblical principles of Peacewise in her marriage, parenting, and at work.

  • Richard Grey

    Richard Grey

    Richard taught Science for over 30 years and is now a full-time school counsellor, working as part of the Pastoral Care Team. Following extensive training and experiencing the positive impact of PeaceWise both personally and in the lives of others, Richard is deeply committed to promoting a conflict resolution process that is both God-honouring and transforming at Covenant Christian School, amongst the wider Christian Schools community and in his local church context. Richard lives with his wife Karen and 2 adult children on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

  • Robyn Neufeld

    Robyn Neufeld

    Robyn has always loved communicating. She received her first degree from Biola University in California in Communication and Intercultural Studies. After marrying Matt, they moved to the Middle East where she had the opportunity to teach English, raise their children and become a trainer and relational coach. On returning to Australia in 2015 she completed graduate studies in Counselling as well as getting trained as a conflict coach and mediator with PeaceWise. Robyn loves welcoming people into her home (especially when it includes cooking), walks in nature, travelling, and spending time with her family. She is passionate about seeing relationships flourish, and seeing people experience hope and grace.

    Roger Edland

    Roger gained his professional qualifications in software engineering at UWA and has worked for 30 years in the resource and telecom sector both in Australia and overseas. He has been a follower of Jesus since his days at university and is thankful every day for the life changing Love and Grace of Jesus. Roger is married to Rachel and they have 4 grown up children and is an active member of Providence Church Midland. Roger has experienced the impact of biblical peacemaking in his life has a desire to serve Jesus by sharing this with others.

  • Stephanie Schwarz

     

    Steph’s vision is to see Christians equipped with a common biblical understanding for peacemaking. Steph believes that peacemaking skills are effective for conflict resolution and enriching community life – in churches, families and global contexts. Steph works as a Psychologist in private practice and in the missions sector. She is delighted to be able to present PeaceWise training to people who are keen to nurture their relationships and communities.

  • Steve Frost

    Steve Frost has been helping people in conflict for more than twenty years as a lawyer, mediator, conflict coach and trainer. He is the founder of Horizons Family Law Centre, a charity that works alongside local churches to help families with high conflict parenting disputes and domestic violence. He pioneered the delivery of non-profit legal help to clients of the Commonwealth-funded Family Relationship Centres in NSW. Steve is a graduate of Morling College and is committed, through all he does, to helping people relate to each other and navigate conflict the way Jesus modelled and taught.

  • Steve Gibb

    Steve Gibb

    Since 1990, Steve has served in pastoral ministry in Sydney, Cairns and Vanuatu. He has also worked in pastoral support and care for missionaries throughout the Asia Pacific region. The need for peacemaking skills and a gospel heart has been evident in his own life and those he has served. Steve carries his passion for greater gospel engagement to his role as a PeaceWise trainer.

  • Steve Wickham

    Steve Wickham

    Steve has been facilitating conflict resolution for over 20 years, within safety and industrial relations settings initially, and subsequently as a pastor, counsellor and school chaplain. Having experienced marital brokenness, Steve has a passion for marriage counselling as well as intrapersonal conflict involving grief. Steve is Content and Curriculum Manager of PeaceWiseKids and has degrees in science, divinity (2), and counselling. Steve is married to Sarah and they have a shared calling to ministry, and are both committed peacemakers.
