free webinar – leading with confidence: psychosocial safety & biblical peacemaking

Leaders set the tone for the culture of the teams and communities they lead. You’ve likely heard of psychosocial safety, but what does it truly mean—and what is a leader’s responsibility in creating it? More importantly, how can biblical peacemaking help leaders reduce risks, strengthen relationships, and build a thriving, Christ-centered community?

In this 40min live webinar recorded on Thursday 8th May, PeaceWise CEO Wayne Forward and Executive Director People & Culture from Empatia, Joanne Hood, introduce leaders to clear, actionable strategies to navigate this vital area without feeling overwhelmed.

What you’ll gain from the webinar
  •  Clarity on WHS responsibilities for building psychosocial safety
  •  Insight into identifying risks before they escalate into bigger issues
  •  Practical steps to apply biblical peacemaking in areas of real leadership challenge

Creating a culture of trust, resilience, and peace isn’t just a legal or ethical duty—it’s a spiritual calling. If you are a leader, tune in to this powerful leadership-focused session and gain the tools you need to lead with wisdom, confidence, and grace.
