Wayne Forward’s interview with Ben McEachen on Hope 103.2 – How to respond to my anger

In the wake of the Bondi Beach attack, many of us are carrying anger alongside grief, fear and deep sadness. These emotions are real, and they matter. They also lead us to an important question as followers of Jesus, what do we do with our anger when something precious has been violated?

In this short radio interview, PeaceWise CEO Wayne Forward reflects on how Scripture helps us understand our anger and respond with God’s wisdom. Drawing on Ephesians 4, Wayne reminds us that anger itself is not wrong, but it does place us at a crossroads. In moments of deep suffering, we are faced with a choice, whether anger will harden our hearts through bitterness and blame, or lead us towards grace, mercy and a fierce commitment to what is good.

We invite you to listen to the interview below, aired on Hope 103.2 Mornings with Ben McEachen on 17th December 2025.
