Difficult conversations with clients and colleagues
We all have them - clients with challenging expectations and behaviours, colleagues whose behaviour leaves you a little rattled. But how do we have good tough conversations when we need to? In this free one-hour webinar, "How to Have Difficult Conversations with Clients and Colleagues: What Does the Gospel Change in a Conflict that Legal Skill Alone Cannot?", we'll explore practical, biblical principles for navigating challenging conversations in professional settings.
This special free webinar is presented in collaboration with the Australian Christian Legal Society.
Our presenters
Bruce Burgess

Bruce Burgess is the Founding Director of PeaceWise, Australia's first Certified Christian Conciliator™, and a practising corporate lawyer and governance adviser. Drawing on decades of experience in law, leadership and Christian peacemaking, Bruce brings practical wisdom for navigating conflict with grace and truth.
Description
In this FREE interactive session, we'll take a range of scenarios involving clients and colleagues and workshop together how to approach them well, so that the issues are being addressed and the relationships are being preserved at the same time.
Applying biblical peacemaking principles, we'll see how having a gospel-shaped approach can transform the way we see these conversations - turning them from disasters into opportunities to grow!
This webinar has a suggested claimable CPD value of 0.5 hours.
